Standard Limited Warranty
VAXIS provides warranty to the original owner-user that this VAXIS product will be free from defects in material or workmanship. This warranty is limited to 12 months from the original purchase date, whether or not actual use begins on that date.
This Limited Warranty covers only the hardware components packaged with the product. It does not cover separate accessories, technical assistance for hardware or software usage and it does not cover any software products whether or not contained in the product, and other included content;
All claims under the warranty provided must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of discovery of the defect.
To obtain warranty service, You must deliver the product, in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection to a VAXIS authorized service center together with a dated purchase receipt in order to obtain warranty service.
All returns of defective parts or products must include the product model number and serial number, and must be made through an authorized Service Center. Authorized returns must be shipped prepaid.
The warranty provided herein is for repair or replacement only. VAXIS shall not be liable for any loss, cost, damage, or expense of any kind arising out of a breach of the warranty or of the sale. Further, VAXIS shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of revenue, profit or use, arising out of a breach of this warranty or in connection with the sale, delivery, maintenance, use, operation or repair of any VAXIS product. In no event will VAXIS be liable for any amount greater than the purchase price of a defective product. The disclaimers of liability included in this Paragraph shall remain in effect and shall continue to be enforceable in the event that any remedy herein shall fail of its essential purpose.
Limitations and Exclusions
VAXIS is not responsible for, and this Limited Warranty does not cover, any damage arising from a failure to operate the product within its intended uses, or otherwise follow the owner's manual and safety instructions relating to the product’s use and installation.
This Limited Warranty only covers product issues caused by defects in material or workmanship during ordinary consumer use.
This Limited Warranty does not cover products purchased from sources other than VAXIS or a VAXIS authorized dealer (including non-authorized online auctions), or issues due to: (i) outdoor exposure and other acts of nature; (ii) power surges; (iii) accidental damage; (iv) abuse; (v) limitations of technology; (vi) cosmetic damage; (vii) contact with liquid, heat, humidity or perspiration, sand, smoke, or foreign materials; (viii) use of parts or supplies not sold or authorized by VAXIS; (ix) servicing not authorized or performed by VAXIS or a VAXIS authorized service center; (x) malfunctions due to peripherals/accessories;(xi) consumable parts such as batteries; or (xiv) any product where the factory-applied serial number has been altered or removed from the product.
The warranty provided herein does not cover charges for labor or other costs incurred in the troubleshooting, repair, removal, installation, service or handling of parts or complete products.
Warranty repair services shall be provided at any of VAXISʼs authorized Service Center. VAXIS shall within two weeks of receipt of returned products provide a report to the original owner/user (“USER”) detailing those products accepted under warranty and any that are not accepted under warranty due to physical damage or improper use. VAXIS will use its best efforts to repair defective products as quickly as possible.
For non-warranted repairs, VAXIS shall report to USER an estimated time to repair failed units, and shall not proceed with repairs until such time that USER has provided approval for said repairs. VAXIS shall repair or exchange, and ship to USER, the returned Product within six (6) weeks of receipt of Product by VAXIS.
